“Our personnel is in Azerbaijan. After completion of the construction of Turkish-Russian joint center over monitoring ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh our personnel will start to operate there,” said Turkish National Defence Minister Hulusi Akar in his interview with NTV channel, APA reports.
He said that there will be one Russian and one Turkish general in the joint center to be situated in Aghdam, over monitoring ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh.
“Our personnel of 30-60 people working together with Russians will do everything necessary for lasting peace in Nagorno-Karabakh,” stressed Turkish Minister.
