Results of independent research, conducted by the Internal Audit of the World Bank regarding recorded information irrelevancy in Doing Business Report, considered one of the important publications of the World Bank Group, have been announced, Analysis of Center for Economic Reforms and Communication told APA-Economics.
Azerbaijan's position has been improved by 6 ranks in the Doing Business 2020 Report as a result of the conducted independent research, our country has been one of the "the most reformist 10 countries" of the world once again.
Recall that a press release published by the WB on August 27, 2020, states that discrepancies were identified in the process of processing information in the Doing Business report of a number of member countries. It was noted that an independent investigation would be carried out to determine the nature of these discrepancies.
