Elmira Akhundova appointed as Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ukraine

Elmira Akhundova has been appointed as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine, APA reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order in this regard.
